What satisfies family fundraising obligation?
The gala is one of the two events (annual golf tournament being the other one) that qualifies for current family’s fundraising obligation. Buying a ticket does not count towards family obligation. Here’s how you may fulfill this obligation:
1. Secure a sponsorship or become a sponsor for the event.
2. Contribute an in-kind gift. A list of desired items and gift cards can be found below.
3. By direct donations in support of the Auction or Fund-A-Need.
What in-kind items are we looking for?
We are looking for tickets, gift cards, electronics, kitchen items, pet supplies, sports items, items for ladies baskets and men’s baskets.
What is the exact location of the event?
The Travers & Cronin Athletic Center.
Is there handicap parking?
Yes, directly in front of the Athletic Center.
How can I request my dietary requirements?

Can I purchase my tickets on site the day of the event?
No, registration is open until October 28.
Are there any age restrictions for registration?
Must be 18 and over to attend.
What food will be served at the event?
Carved Baron of Beef Au Jus with Creamed Horseradish, Lemon Herb Grilled Breast of Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce and Basil, Roasted Red Potatoes California Blend Broccoli, Carrot and Squash with Asparagus Tips Raspberry Vinegarette Salad, Spinach, Croutons, Feta, Dried Cranberries, Candied Walnuts Tossed Spring Mix Garden Salad with Ranch and Balsamic Vinegar Assorted Rolls and Butter.
